1. What is “easy life”?

“snav easy life 2015” is a free loyalty program sponsored by SNAV SpA to all its passengers.


 
2. How do I get the card?

To join the program you have just to show up at a SNAV ticket office and require your loyalty card, or make the online registration process to the registered MySnav, accepting the “snav easy life” general conditions.
Once completed the registration form and have logged in to the site, the user will get an e-mail with the temporary card (to be printed and to be shown on board at SNAV’s ship to use right away privileges as a Snav easy life member), and since then the system will automatically apply a discount of 10% on the routes provided.
Snav’s easy life discount can not be combined with other promo or SNAV conventions.

You will receive the final card to the address specified in the appropriate fields within 60 days from the registration date
 


3. What does the card offer?

Snav’s easy life loyalty card in 2015 offers various services:

- 10% discount on the destinations Croatia, Aeolian Islands, Ischia and Procida (for the these destinations of the Gulf of Naples, the discount is only valid when booking online and calling the customer center) presenting the card at the ticket office or by completing a reservation on the website www.snav.it: to log in, the system will automatically recognize the 10% discount on the ticket purchased for the routes covered by the agreement.

(*) The discount is not valid for routes to and from Capri and Sorrento.

the snav Easy life program can also be used by all travel agencies in Italy.


 
4. Terms of Use

Snav’s 2015 easy life loyalty card is personal and not transferable. The discount which entitles extends over the whole volume of the book but cannot be combined with other promo or convention SNAV. The loyalty card is valid for one year and the deadline will be automatically renewed for one more year. Participation in the Program is subject to these Regulations and is free. The Company reserves the right to change, even partially and at any time, how to participate in the program and services offered by the partners of the circuit.


 
5. Conditions Privacy

SNAV S.p.A. carries out the processing of personal data relating to its customers in accordance with the rules provided by Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003. 196, relating to the "Code regarding the protection of personal data", which implements in Italy to the European Directives in this regard and the obligations of confidentiality which is inspired by the work of the company. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, SNAV S.p.A. is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data. The holder of personal data is SNAV SpA based in Stazione Maritime Naples Molo Angioino 80133 Napoli. In particular we inform you that SNAV SpA, through the booking process and passenger check-in, acquires data relating to customers for purposes related to and / or the conduct of its business and the management of relationships established with customers as well as to fulfil the obligations required by laws, regulations, legislation, provisions issued by authority to do so by law and by the vigilance and control. The customer will always have the right to give consent or not with reference to the treatment with a view to commercial information, market research, offers poor service. It should however be pointed out that, to this end, SNAV SpA does not preclude the submission of information materials and / or promotional information via e-mail. In relation to the stated purpose data processing, carried out mainly in an automated way, will take place in order to guarantee security and confidentiality. The performance of its obligations necessarily entails that the personal information collected from customers, the employees have access to the commercial and operational functions. Personal data relating to customers are strictly functional to the establishment and continuation of the relationship, therefore any refusal to provide such data and their processing will result in the impossibility for the SNAV SpA to establish and to enforce contractual obligations towards them. Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Customer has the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether such data exists and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or correction. The Customer also has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and oppose any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. The data relating to the payment of tickets purchased cannot be acquired and processed in any way by SNAV SpA, as the transactions are managed by the server of the service Consorzio Triveneto SpA - Avenue of Industry 23-35129 Padua, or e-mail privacy@constriv.it, in a protected and safe way.
